I recently had my entire roof replaced by Signature Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the entire process. The quality of the work is fantastic, but what truly set this experience apart was the service provided by my contact, Irvin. From start to finish, Irvin did an excellent job communicating every step of the way—from scheduling and material delivery to project timelines and final inspection. I never had to wonder what was happening or when. Irvin went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. He was professional, highly attentive, and clearly committed to a great customer experience. It’s rare to find that level of dedication. I highly recommend Signature Roofing, and specifically ask for Irvin. A superb job all around! Update after 5months: I have been finding nails around the perimeter of my house every time I clean the area, even after 5months. Signature Roofing provides elite service!  During the recent massive rain we had a leak was discovered. We call Signature and they responded very quickly, even faster than promised and fixed the issue with our tile roof.  Every staff member was knowledgeable, respectful and great to work with. Wow! Incredible service! This is the 3rd roofing company I’ve reached out to solve a leak in our roof. Jonathan knew right away what the problem was and was able to repair it the same day. He was very thorough, taking pictures, leak testing after he fixed the problem and ensured us that if we had any problems in the future he’d be there to help us. The interactions with Signature Roofing were honest and low pressure. I had another roofing company come out and felt like they were trying to sell me a roof. Signature was different, they took photos and explained any issues in a low pressure way that made me feel comfortable waiting to reroof my home but I decided to reroof my rental. Signature Roofing did a great job throughout the entire process (new roof). No high pressure sales pitches, no up charging for random things. Ricky (salesmen) and Carlos (foremen) were excellent, answered all my questions and allowed me to customize my roof components. They completed the roof in 2 days and the workers did a great job. They did a good job installing the roof and allowed me to ask question along the way. Irvin (Project Manager) and his crew did a fantastic job (and I am not easily impressed). My neighbor and I both needed our roofs replaced. We had bids from 5 different companies, and there was no question as to who we felt the most comfortable with. Not to mention the great price!  Irvin was always easy to reach w any questions we had.  The crew started right on time, worked unbelievably hard and got the whole job done in 1.5 days. I never knew I could feel this way about a roof:).
